about

KING ELECTRIC surprises with their 3rd single OUT OF REACH. Taken from Debut Album "King Electric"

Radio Mix is such a bittersweet suicidal psycadelic swagger - so natural, so vintage! - drives us back to 60's pop: "warm summerbreeze blows so endlessly".

TRAX:
The EP as well is packed + 3 very different remixes for your consumption: Track 2: Handshake Dub, from Vienna's downtempo master Manni Montana (who is currently working on Gary Clails comeback Album), comes as subsonic dub mix with some kind of vietnamese dub jungle driven experiments. Track3: Chris Isepp's Blue Curacao Bel Air Mix comes as kinda Miami Vice 808/DX7 understatement tune plus high Q pop factor. A mill $ top notch yacht under moonrise on the way to Club Tropicana. Cool and sexy.

Finally Top10's brandnew fellas "The Last One" prove their connexion to Beck Hanson and Jimi Tenor...Track 4, Acustico, results from a noizy Tennessee garage session. Just cross the bridge to Nashville.

VIDEO CLIP:
Arameans acid romp through the forest! The typical King-b-movie style feat. the guys as Apostles escaped from the asylum - two idiots on their way to enlightenment! King Electric going back to Nature for a take on Psilocybin feast. Watch out! B-ware!

about

King Electric Barcelona, Spain

King Electric: Peter Hartwig | Chris Isepp.

Needless to say, we are not talking about the concept of pop music as propagated by the global "energy radio stations". Pop is conceived as a declaration of faith in songs with a fearless use of hedonistic hook lines, spiced up with citations from the voluptuous treasure trove of the musical past.

We're just two idiots on the way to enlightenment:]
